I cannot begin to say what a great experience we had with Danielle's planning assistance for our very first Disney trip! The word I will use to describe how I felt is *spoiled* - she was so on top of every detail and optimizing our experience! We decided to cram in a VERY last minute trip with our toddler - with 3 week notice, Danielle helped us find a top tier hotel in a great location (I initially spoke to another planner who was unable to provide options). She also provided wise counsel on the best way to plan ahead for the parks given our son's age and the fact that I am 7 months pregnant with our 2nd child - from making sure we stayed in a specific part of our hotel property near the toddler splash pad, organizing car transport & stroller rentals, and selecting which parks made the most sense, to sending recommendations of what restaurants and rides to prioritize for our son's age and me being pregnant. Her customer service was amazing from my very first contact with her - quick and retailed replies via email and text - and she also proactively sent helpful info and tips so I didn't have to worry about what I was missing or didn't know to even ask about in advance. On our arrival day, she was tracking everything via text and my Disney app - making sure we got into our room as early as we could, making sure our crib & blender requests were in with the hotel, and more! Our airport transport was also so timely and professional. It was the smoothest travel I've had in a long time. But here is the best part - we rode SO MANY RIDES. Danielle guided us on the intricacies of Genie+ - no one wants to wait in long lines, but with an 18 month old it is torture. She optimized our ride schedule every step of the way and I cannot BELIVE how many rides we packed into our two park days! The last time I went to Disney about 12 years ago, it was frustrating and slow and I was afraid that would happen again. Instead, we had so many rides to get to it was almost tiring to get from one to the next (tiring in the VERY best way). I felt like we got so much *value* out of our time and money for this trip, because Danielle structured every moment to make the most of it. I'm sure I'm forgetting a few other benefits but I think you get the picture! I appreciated feeling so comfortable reaching out to Danielle with questions. It's a little overwhelming when you're in the park, chasing your kid, managing Genie+, figuring out where to eat, figuring out what direction to walk in - etc. Danielle made this 100x easier and I felt so cared for knowing our ride schedule was handled and we weren't wasting time with dumb choices. I can't wait to go back, and will refer her to anyone I know going to Disney!! --- Hands down the best! Our Disney/ Universal trip was nothing short of amazing and that’s thanks to Danielle! Her knowledge and organization made everything so easy for us. This is truly her passion and that shows in every trip she plans as if it were her own 🥰 We can’t wait to plan another trip with her! --- Danielle is the best Disney planner ever. She planned a trip to remember for my 5 and 7 year old boys with special needs. Her constant communication went above and beyond my expectations. She answered my questions throughout our trip. Her food recommendations were awesome from Topolinos character breakfast to our last meal at Ohanas for dinner. Getting the DAS pass was the best for my son and she even explained that to me. She provided step by step instructions for everything. Just phenomenal!! Can’t recommend enough!!
